Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Auth0 CIAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using Auth0. This role is critical in securing customer access across our global B2B and B2C applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Digital, Marketing, and Security, to ensure seamless and secure digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Auth0 tenants and configuration settings.
• Develop and optimize authentication flows using rules, hooks, and actions.
• Integrate Auth0 with applications using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
• Connect backend systems such as databases, SAP, and ecommerce platforms.
• Automate deployments using CI / CD pipelines.
• Monitor system security, performance, and health metrics.
• Support AWS IoT integrations with secure identity management.
• Provide training and guidance to Digital teams on Auth0 best practices.
