Presales Specialist - It Infrastructure

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Presales Specialist with 7–9 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and High Performance Computing (HPC) domains.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in Servers, Storage, Networking and the latest generation of Workstations, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.

This role requires a self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality technical support during the presales cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Design and propose IT infrastructure and HPC solutions including Servers, Storage, Networking equipment and Workstations.
• Conduct product presentations, demos and proof-of-concept sessions for clients.
• Prepare technical documentation, responses to RFPs / RFIs and solution proposals.
• Engage with OEMs and vendors for solution alignment and validation.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the infrastructure and HPC domains.
• Support post-sales handovers with relevant documentation and insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key customer stakeholders.
• Willing to travel out of station for customer meetings and presentations.
