Job Description : Amazon Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Marketing Specialist . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving visibility, engagement, and sales growth through strategic store setup, product listing optimization, content management, and performance tracking. This role requires strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and marketplace best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Store Setup & Optimization
- Create and optimize Amazon Seller Central account.
- Configure a professional Amazon Store layout that reflects Ollie's brand identity.
- Implement Amazon Brand Registry and brand protection measures.
- Develop A+ Content for effective brand storytelling.
- Configure tax and payment settings tailored for the Singapore market.
Product Listing Management
Create and optimize product listings across the full catalog.Develop keyword-rich titles, detailed descriptions, and persuasive bullet points.Implement backend search terms and attributes for improved discoverability.Set up product variations (parent-child listings).Conduct regular pricing analysis and optimization strategies.Content Creation & Management
Coordinate professional product photography.Optimize images for Amazon standards and compliance.Collaborate on infographic designs to highlight product benefits.Oversee product video content development (when applicable).Continuously update and refresh content based on performance insights.Inventory & FBA Management
Establish inventory tracking systems to monitor stock levels.Coordinate timely replenishment with warehouses.Manage FBA requirements and optimize fulfillment efficiency.Monitor and reduce storage fees while maximizing turnover.Performance Optimization & Reporting
Conduct weekly performance analysis and generate actionable reports.Track competitor activity and market trends.Manage customer reviews and feedback responses.Optimize search rankings and conversion rates.Execute A / B testing to enhance listings and content effectiveness.Qualifications
Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, A+ Content, and PPC advertising.Familiarity with inventory management and FBA processes.Excellent written and communication skills with attention to detail.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements.Prior experience in the Singapore / SEA Amazon marketplace is a plus.What We Offer
