Senior Account Manager - Business Intelligence

Job descriptionAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create meaningful data visualizations and reports that communicate insights effectively to business users. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to consolidate and structure data for analysis. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and regular audits. Develop custom reports using SQL and Excel to address specific business questions. Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and data engineers, to align data solutions with business objectives. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization. Stay up to date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and visualization. Experience : Minimum 6 years of experience in data analytics , dashboarding, and reporting. Tools : Expertise in Power BI , Tableau , SQL , and Excel . ETL Knowledge : Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. Data Modeling : Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts. Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience in Python or R for data analysis. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Certifications in Power BI or Tableau . Familiarity with DAX and advanced SQL queries.
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with at least 6 years of professional expertise in dashboarding, data visualization, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel and have hands-on experience in ETL processes. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights and building compelling dashboards to support business decision-making.
