Job Title : OTM Consultant / Senior OTM Consultant

Location : Remote

Experience : 8–12+ Years

Work Mode : Full-time

Role Type : OTM Implementation (Cloud & On-Prem)

About the Role

We are hiring OTM Consultants and Senior OTM Consultants who will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud , SQL , and must be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices . Experience with OTM on-premise to cloud migration will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects .
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.
  • Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.
  • Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.
  • Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / DevOps environment .
  • Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.

Required Skills

  • 8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) .
  • Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud ; exposure to both functional and technical areas.
  • Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures.
  • Knowledge of DevOps pipelines , version control, build / release processes.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies .
  • Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration (mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level).
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

  • Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain domain
  • API / Integration understanding (SOAP / REST)
