Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Support & Development Specialist to
maintain and enhance customized Salesforce instance that integrates with a
back-office, on boarding and OAC platforms. This role requires expertise in
Apex development, custom integrations, and complex system maintenance due
to extensive customizations implemented by previous developer architects.
Key Responsibilities
Core Technical Responsibilities
Development & System Maintenance
- Develop and maintain existing Apex code for custom CRM functionalities, manage Salesforce flows for business process automation, and implement validation rules while ensuring optimal system performance and stability
Integration & Data Synchronization
Support complex bidirectional integrations with Back-Office and OAC platforms, troubleshoot data synchronization errors, monitor "approved for sync" and "update required" field functionality, and manage Okta authentication integration.Case & Account Management
Maintain case functionality for compliance and sales team workflows, manage case queues and subject categorization, handle suspicious activity case creation, and support account creation processes for various account types.User Administration & Knowledge Transfer
Manage user permissions and profile configurations, assist with portal user creation, provide system training to team members, create process documentation, and support knowledge transfer initiativesCritical Project Deliverables.
Complete PII Encryption Implementation (High Priority - Due by early October 2025)Participate in bi-weekly sprints with 10-15 deliverables per sprintEnsure proper data flow from accounts, contacts, and due diligence opportunitiesSupport onboarding system data synchronization to SalesforceRequired Qualifications
