We are looking for a Senior ORMB Developer with deep expertise in the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB). This role demands strong technical acumen to build and lead development of complex components, collaborate with global teams, and mentor junior developers. You’ll be instrumental in designing scalable architectures, implementing solutions, and enhancing the overall ORMB delivery capability for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop advanced ORMB components, including algorithms, batches, business services, and scripting, using the OUAF framework.
Design and build interfaces using ORMB File Framework and Batch multithreading framework.
Analyze functional / technical requirements to produce robust technical designs aligned with ORMB best practices.
Lead discussions with customer architecture teams to define integration and technical architecture standards.
Participate in hiring by conducting technical interviews and contribute to building reusable assets and accelerators.
Define and execute data migration strategies, lead SIT / UAT, troubleshoot issues, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Design and structure reporting data models to support client-specific reporting needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
8+ years of experience with ORMB, CCB, and OUAF application development
Expertise in PL / SQL, OUAF architecture, and ORMB component development
Strong working knowledge of Core Java / J2EE, Hibernate, and Oracle Database
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline
Good-to-Have
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming)
Familiarity with performance tuning (DB, WebLogic configurations)
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or related cloud platforms
