Job Summary :

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage billing operations, handle POS transactions, and provide excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer billing through the POS system accurately.
• Manage cash, card, UPI, and other payment modes.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or adjustments when required.
• Maintain cash register balance and prepare daily cash reports.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the service team and kitchen staff.
• Greet customers and assist with basic queries when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
• Report any POS issues, payment discrepancies, or system errors to the manager.
• Follow company policies, security standards, and cash-handling procedures.
