Inviting applications for the role of Manager / Senior Manager I2C.

This role demands thorough knowledge of I2C from design to implementation as well as experience with D365 and Oracle Fusion. The individual will manage deliverables and lead a team demonstrating strong leadership in overseeing I2C system implementation and management. Continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies are crucial for successful integration within electronic devices.

Responsibilities

Validate the Purchase Order (PO) requests from to bill the order.

Investigate discrepancies in the PO and invoices with disputes.

Manage Order to Cash related to collections and dispute management implement & adhere to strategy.

Interaction with end customers via Calls and Emails for collecting pass due amounts.

Meeting collections numbers / targets (monthly / quarterly / yearly)

Customer and Country / Regional FD Relationship Management through e-mail fax and conference calls.

Participate in governance meetings at country / region level; Closely work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members properly to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards.

Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)

Timely and effective communication with internal departments (like sales Operations Credit teams) for issue resolution

Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines.

Interact with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues.

Lead multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Support the metrics reporting for the relevant process.

People Management be a peoples manager involving in hiring structured learning path operations mentor for the team.

Minimum Qualifications

MBA Finance / degree in accounting / finance with experience of managing a team

Knowledge of accounting concepts and Journal entries. Knowledge of accounting concepts and Journal entries.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Prior experience in B2B Collections Billing and Cash Applications.

Experience in Oracle Fusion

D365 (Dynamic 365 and advanced version of Navision

Should have experience in ServiceNow and Jira
