Serve as primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all event-related projectsDevelop comprehensive project proposals, timelines, and budgets based on client briefsLead client meetings, presentations, and progress updates throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with creative and production teams to ensure client vision is executed effectivelyManage client expectations and negotiate deliverables within scope and budget constraintsOversee event execution ensuring all client objectives are met with excellenceHandle client feedback and implement necessary adjustments during planning and executionIdentify upselling opportunities and develop long-term client relationshipsCreate detailed post-event reports and ROI analysis for clientsContribute to new business pitches and proposals for potential clientsMaintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and project developmentsRequirements :
6+ years experience in client servicing with focus on event managementStrong portfolio of managing lifestyle, cultural, or brand experience eventsExcellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationshipsProven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneouslyExperience working with premium lifestyle, alcohol, tech, or fashion brandsStrong understanding of event production processes and timelinesAbility to translate creative concepts into practical execution plansProblem-solving mindset and adaptability in high-pressure situationsExcellent negotiation and conflict resolution skillsPassion for culture, lifestyle trends, and innovative event experiencesWillingness to work flexible hours including weekends during event periods
