Role Summary

The Manager - Accounts will be a key member of the finance department, responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of accounting operations, culminating in the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. This role involves managing the audit process, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing critical financial insights to management for our investment activities. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting :

• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and notes to accounts) in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) applicable to NBFCs.
• Oversee all general ledger activities, including accounting for investment transactions, fair valuation.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting.
• Ensure robust internal financial controls (IFC) are in place and operating effectively.
