Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented PEGA Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA support and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of PEGA architecture and application behavior.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Pega applications, including incident resolution and service request fulfillment.
Monitor application performance and system health using tools like PDC, logs.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to case flows, rule execution, integrations, and UI behavior.
Collaborate with Development and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Assist in deployment validation, smoke testing, and post-release monitoring.
Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, security policies, and audit requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end users to provide timely updates and solutions.
