Job description

We are looking for a Software tester professional to ensure high-quality, compliant, and seamless customer onboarding for CASA (Current & Savings Account) journeys across digital platforms.

Software Tester- Banking Domain

Experience : - 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze business requirements and ensure test coverage for the full onboarding workflow.
  • Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases for registration, KYC, account setup, and funding.
  • Perform manual and automated testing;

log and track defects in JIRA.

  • Conduct functional and regression testing for savings / current account features.
  • Validate backend data using SQL to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC / AML and banking regulations.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to resolve issues.
  • Document test results and share progress updates with stakeholders.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist end users.
