Job description

Role - Full Stack Engineer

Experience - 4-6 Years

Location - Hyderabad

Work From Office

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient across the stack but leans heavily towards front-end development. You will be a key player in designing and building our next-generation web applications, translating complex requirements into beautiful, functional, and scalable solutions.

What you'll do at Nice :

  • Collaborate with other engineers, designer, product manager, and users
  • Design, develop, test, maintain robust software in an agile, continuous delivery environment
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets or exceeds coding best practices, unit testing, security, scalability, and maintainability guidelines
  • Mentor and learn from teammates
  • Research, adopt, and advocate for new technologies
  • Respond to support issues during business hours

What you’ve done before :

  • Experience developing high-quality, secure, user-friendly interfaces
  • Have demonstrably high proficiency in at least one or more of the following programming languages / library frameworks : Kotlin, Python, Postgres, Redis, Spring, React, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js
  • Experience with unit and integration testing, and writing modular, testable code
  • Empathy, a mindful collaborative spirit, and the ability to work effectively with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, and a desire to influence the software being built
