Our Common Lives Project aims to capture real-world activities using wearable cameras. As a remote mechanic participating in this initiative, you'll wear a GoPro camera for 5 days within a 2-week window. Your footage will be used to train future AI models that understand complex activities.
- You'll spend approximately 7 hours each day recording daily activities, with flexibility to pause and take breaks for privacy.
Key Household Requirements
No children under 18 present or visiting during recordingAll adults must consent to being recorded and speak fluent EnglishThe space should be a private, self-contained apartment or building, ideally with manual or creative work (e.g., chef, artist)Participant Requirements
Indoor, non-customer-facing roles, preferably engaged in manual or creative workSelf-employed or employer consent required for recording at workComfortable using web-based tools for uploading and reviewing video clipsTuring provides all equipment and training for this short-term engagement.
