Position Title : Senior Engineer Cloud

Job Description :

Roles & responsibilities :

• Interface with technical managers, developers, and engineers to understand technology needs and IT requirements
• Collaborate with IT leadership to design and implement scalable, reliable cloud solutions across domains
• Participate in Proof of Technology (POT) and Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives; contribute to RFP evaluations for vendor / product selection
• Ensure alignment with architecture / design standards, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Conduct and coordinate design, implementation, and planning of cloud infrastructure and services
• Research emerging hardware / software technologies; evaluate alternatives and recommend optimal solutions
• Translate business functionalities into technical designs; implement and document solutions accordingly
• Perform hands-on engineering tasks and create reusable procedures and technical runbooks
• Decompose features into executable user stories with clear descriptions, sizing, and dependencies in Agile sprints
• Develop scripts and automation to reduce manual interventions and improve engineering consistency
• Assist in validating product releases and fine-tuning existing systems for performance and stability
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to peers and junior team members
• Foster collaboration across multiple delivery streams and geographically distributed teams
