Motion Graphics Designer [Apply in 3 Minutes]

About the Role

We're seeking a Motion Graphics Designer who is a creative force...someone who can take a concept and transform it into eye-catching, dynamic visuals that capture attention and communicate complex ideas instantly. You'll be a creative lead who owns the full motion graphics process : from conceptualization and design to animation and delivery. You'll work directly with the content team to translate data-driven strategy into visually stunning assets that perform across Meta, Google, YouTube and other platforms.

This role requires independence, creativity and technical mastery. You won't be waiting for a graphic designer to hand you assets, you'll create them from scratch, animate them and optimize them for impact. Your work will directly influence campaign performance, engagement rates and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop motion graphics concepts that align with campaign strategy, brand guidelines and performance goals
• Create storyboards, animatics and motion plans to visualize sequences before full production
• Collaborate with account strategists and creative directors to refine direction and ensure visual alignment with campaign objectives
• Identify trends in motion design and recommend innovative approaches that elevate campaign performance
• Design and create visual assets from scratch
• Create 2D animation using industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, etc.)
• Execute complex animations including transitions, effects, compositing and visual effects
• Ensure precise timing, easing and movement principles for smooth, professional animations
• Optimize animations for multiple platforms and formats (social media, YouTube, web, mobile) without quality loss
• Create motion graphics that align with brand identity, color theory and design principles
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and find innovative solutions under pressure and tight deadlines
• Incorporate feedback professionally and promptly while maintaining design integrity
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, technical requirements, and platform specifications before launch
