Are you an experienced Data Manager who enjoys leading high-performing data teams and delivering high-quality data products that make a difference?

In this role, you’ll lead agile squads of data engineers, analysts and data managers, guiding the design, delivery and maintenance of data solutions across AWS, Databricks and Azure. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities, manage risks and ensure smooth, value-driven delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and developing agile squads across data engineering, analytics and management
• Overseeing end-to-end data delivery, ensuring products are scalable, secure and well-governed
• Partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities and success measures
• Providing hands-on support where needed (SQL, Python, data analysis)
• Embedding data standards, governance and best practice
