Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Startup Mentor located in the Greater Lucknow Area. The Startup Mentor will guide small business owners by offering expert advice on business planning, mentoring, and coaching. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing business operations, identifying areas of improvement, and offering solutions to enhance sales, finance management, and overall growth strategies. The role involves close interaction with entrepreneurs to ensure the successful implementation of actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning and creating scalable growth strategies
• Experience in Mentoring and Coaching entrepreneurs or small business owners
• Strong knowledge of Finance and the ability to offer financial planning advice
• Skills in Sales and identifying opportunities to boost product or service revenue
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability and a strategic mindset tailored for small enterprises
• Prior experience in supporting startups or local businesses is a plus
