Job Title : Operations Manager – Finance & Accounting (F&A) Transformation

Location : Mysore

Experience Required : 12–15 years

Reporting To : Delivery Head

Shift Timings - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with strong exposure to Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations, transformation initiatives, and pre-sales / solutioning. The ideal candidate will lead delivery excellence, drive process optimization, and support client engagement across multiple F&A functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end F&A operations delivery, ensuring service quality, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.
• Manage teams handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Reporting processes.
• Drive F&A Transformation initiatives through automation, process reengineering, and best practice adoption.
• Partner with internal and client stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Support Pre-sales and Solutioning by preparing proposals and transition plans.
• Monitor key operational metrics, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies.
• Manage client relationships through proactive governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Transition) for seamless project execution.
• Mentor and develop teams to enhance domain knowledge and operational excellence.
