Job description

Building infrastructure to remotely manage 100+ Android devices for our scraping operations.

Need someone who can build an Android agent app that :

  • ⁠ ⁠Maintains persistent WebSocket connections to our control server
  • ⁠ ⁠Executes ADB commands remotely
  • ⁠ ⁠Runs as an unkillable background service
  • ⁠ ⁠Auto-starts on boot and handles network failures gracefully

This is NOT a typical app dev role. You'll work at the system level - think device management, not UI.

Must have :

  • ⁠ ⁠3+ years Kotlin / Android
  • ⁠ ⁠WebSocket implementation experience
  • ⁠ ⁠System-level Android (services, shell execution)
  • ⁠ ⁠Portfolio proving you've built "always-on" background apps

    • Technical test required - we'll know in 48 hours if you're the right fit.
