Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for multiple business verticals.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain adherence to tax laws, accounting standards, and internal audit controls.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to strengthen financial discipline.
• Lead a team of finance executives, fostering skill development and ensuring high performance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation to meet business objectives efficiently.
• Partner with senior management to support business decisions with financial insight and analysis.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and banks for audits, compliance, and funding requirements.
• Provide meaningful variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
