Job Location : Azamabad (Near RTC Cross Roads), Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced Junior Legal Counsel (5–7 years PQE) to join our in-house legal team. The role requires a proactive legal professional with strong expertise in commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks applicable to the pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice President – Legal, supporting strategic transactions and providing legal guidance across the organization.

• Contracting & Commercial Transactions- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements : supply, distribution, licensing, joint ventures, procurement, R&D collaborations, and confidentiality agreements.
• Compliance & Regulatory Support- Ensure compliance with Indian pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare regulations (Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Companies Act, labor laws, and data protection).
• Dispute Resolution & Litigation- Manage disputes, regulatory investigations, and litigation in coordination with external counsel.
• Draft responses to legal notices, regulator communications, and compliance queries.
• Strategic Legal Advisory- Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on evolving laws and their business impact.
• Support M&A, strategic partnerships, and cross-border transactions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (procurement, R&D, sales, HR, operations) to structure legally sound business transactions.
