About the Role

The Director – Program Management Office (PMO) will lead and manage the company's Program Management framework, ensuring adherence to project portfolio management principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution excellence in a scrum / agile environment, facilitating agile ceremonies and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align priorities and deliver high impact outcomes.
• Develop and present executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for both technical and senior audiences.
• Oversee program governance, prioritization, and portfolio tracking to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage cross-functional coordination in a matrix environment and optimize resource utilization.
• Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and lead conflict resolution to maintain delivery momentum and quality.
