Java Technical Lead

Job descriptionLead a team of Java developers through architecture, design, development, and deployment phases Design and develop microservices-based applications using Java 8 / 11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects for requirement analysis and solution design Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system response times Drive continuous improvements in architecture and DevOps pipelines (CI / CD) Guide junior developers and support their technical upskilling Participate in project estimation and planning, ensuring deliverables are on time and within scope 8+ years of experience in Java development; at least 2 years in a lead role Strong expertise in Spring Framework , Spring Boot , and RESTful APIs Proficient in Hibernate / JPA , SQL / PL-SQL, and Oracle or PostgreSQL Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and API gateways Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , Jenkins , Git Experience in Agile / Scrum environments Good understanding of performance tuning and security standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or GCP Experience with front-end tech like Angular / React is a plus Domain knowledge in Banking, especially Payments or Lending systems Stable Career Path : Work with long-term global banking clients and product-driven delivery Innovation Culture : Engage in digital transformation projects with cutting-edge tech Learning & Growth : Access to internal CoEs, certifications, and leadership development programs Work-Life Balance : Flexible work culture with hybrid opportunities Recognition : Performance-based rewards and transparent appraisal process
