Job description

Location : Manesar (initial 1-2 month training) → Gurgaon office

Experience : Fresher or up to 1 year

Qualification : B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Role Overview :

Are you a Mechanical Engineering graduate who loves communication, business, and technology? This is your chance to combine all three. You’ll learn our machines, visit our plant, and later lead marketing and client relations for one of India’s leading die casting machinery manufacturers (35+ years legacy).

Key Responsibilities :

Understand TDC products, processes, and client industries through on-floor training.
Identify potential customers and generate leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.
Create and maintain customer databases, quotations, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and digital campaigns.
Coordinate client meetings, product demos, and exhibitions.
Report daily activity and leads to management.

Skills Required :

Excellent communication and basic English.

Mechanical understanding and curiosity to learn machinery.

Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic CRM tools.

Proactive, persuasive, and eager to grow in a business role.
