Job description

We're looking for a dynamic Full Stack Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join our high-impact engineering team. You'll be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications that power mission-critical business workflows. This role demands strong technical acumen, a product mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

  • Build responsive, cross-browser compatible UIs using - React.js / Angular / Vue.js
  • Translate design wireframes into high-quality code
  • Optimize frontend performance and accessibility

Backend Development :

  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using - Node.js / Java / Python / .NET Core
  • Implement business logic, data models, and authentication workflows
  • Ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and security of backend systems

    • Database Management :

  • Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases ( MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB )
  • Write optimized queries and manage data migrations

    • DevOps & Deployment :

  • Set up CI / CD pipelines using - Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
  • Deploy applications on - AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues

    • Collaboration & Agile Delivery :

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives
  • Document technical decisions and maintain clean codebase

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 4-8 years of experience in full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in - JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Hands-on experience with - React.js / Angular / Vue.js
  • Backend expertise in - Node.js / Java / Python / .NET Core
  • Solid understanding of - REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets
  • Experience with - Git, Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with - Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development
  • Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with - microservices architecture
  • Exposure to - serverless frameworks- (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
  • Knowledge of - OAuth2, JWT, SSO- , and other security protocols
  • Understanding of - CI / CD best practices- and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
