Experience : 2–5 Years

Industry : Electrical / Aerospace Manufacturing

Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles.
• Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
• Maintain HRMS data, attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and interviews.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation.
• Assist in training coordination and performance appraisal processes.
