Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design Assistant + Site Coordinator based in New Delhi. We are seeking a  Design Assistant & Site Coordinator  for luxury residential projects. This is a  hybrid role  involving both design support (assisting the Principal Designer with drawings, selections, and presentations) and site coordination (ensuring design intent is executed correctly on the ground). The position reports  directly to the Principal Designer .

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Assistance
  • Support in preparing layouts, drawings, and presentations (AutoCAD / SketchUp preferred).
  • Assist with mood boards, furniture, material, and finish selections.
  • Maintain design documentation and revisions under the Designer’s guidance.
  • Site Coordination
  • Visit  project and off-site locations  to oversee progress.
  • Share photo / video / site reports with the Designer.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure execution matches drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain logs of site updates, approvals, and communication.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in  interior design / site coordination .
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of  vendors, materials, and finishes .
  • Ability to read and interpret 2D / 3D drawings.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills.

    • Compensation

  • Starting at ₹30,000 / month , depending on experience.
  • Location :   Delhi NCR  (with site travel as required).
  • Starting Immediately .
