Job description

We are looking for experienced Java Full Stack Developers to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications. You will work across the entire technology stack to build secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Technology Stack :

Backend : Java, Spring Boot, ORM, JPA
Frontend : TypeScript, React.js
Database : PostgreSQL, Oracle
Build & Testing : Maven, JUnit
Deployment : Kubernetes (K8s)
Optional Integrations : OAuth 2.0, Keycloak

B. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features and components using the defined technology stack.

Build secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs and backend services.

Collaborate effectively with QA, DevOps, and onshore teams throughout the sprint cycle.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Continuously improve application performance and optimize resource usage.

C. Quality Expectations

Maintain Code Quality Score of Grade A or higher (via SonarQube or static analysis).

Ensure Production Defect Leakage remains below 2% of total delivered stories.

Achieve 100% Peer Review Compliance for all code changes.
