The Opportunity
This is a
strategic, high-impact leadership role

You’ll drive
subscription sales, brand visibility, and partnerships
across Pune’s thriving fitness, wellness, and food ecosystems. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, build, and scale — while working directly with the Founder and India leadership team.
What You’ll Do
1️⃣ Drive Regional Sales Growth
Design and execute Pune’s subscription growth strategy.
Lead marketing activations across
societies, cafés, gyms, and IT parks .
Build and manage a small
field sales and promoter team , ensuring lead conversion and local engagement.
Use performance analytics to optimise outreach and conversion ROI.
2️⃣ Build Strategic Partnerships
Develop partnerships with
nutritionists, fitness trainers, yoga studios, cafés, and wellness brands.
Onboard
local stores, organic outlets, and farm shops
to promote subscriptions via QR and referral codes.
Engage
corporate wellness teams
at EON IT Park, Magarpatta, and Weikfield IT City for B2B subscription drives.
Represent AnyFeast at
Pune food festivals, lifestyle fairs, and weekend markets.
3️⃣ Lead, Measure, and Scale
Oversee activations, sampling drives, and app download campaigns.
Maintain CRM reports, track KPIs, and drive structured weekly reviews.
Capture market feedback to guide marketing, product, and customer experience decisions.
Who You Are
4–8 years’ experience
in sales, partnerships, or business development (FMCG, food-tech, health-tech, or lifestyle sectors preferred).
Proven success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
Strong communication in
English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Deep understanding of
Pune’s consumer, wellness, and corporate ecosystems.
Entrepreneurial mindset :
proactive, analytical, and outcome-driven.
Leadership ability to recruit, train, and inspire a small regional team.
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary :
₹45,000 – ₹60,000 / month (based on experience)
Performance Incentives :
₹200 per new
Meal Planning Subscription
sold
₹600 per new
Partner Signed
(e.g., café, fitness coach, nutritionist)
₹1,000
Event Success Bonus
for exceeding engagement targets
Quarterly Bonus :
Up to ₹30,000 for 400+ subscriptions
Total Potential Earnings :
₹1 – 1.2 Lakh / month (Base + Incentives + Bonuses)
