Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetology, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in product training, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG industry. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus). Ability to simplify technical product knowledge into engaging and easy-to-understand content. Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging product training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and retail partners.
- Educate internal stakeholders on product features, benefits, formulations, and USP to improve product positioning.
- Conduct training workshops, webinars, and on-site demonstrations.
- Create product training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and FAQs.
- Regularly update training content in line with new product launches and market trends.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Act as a product expert to support sales conversions and resolve queries.
