Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive program implementation strategy for FLN programs across multiple districts and states.
Act as the primary contact for all critical program decisions across states
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide adequate backend support for the program and ensure internal alignment among different teams.
Develop key indicators and metrics to track program progress. Establish processes and Management Information Systems (MIS) to continuously measure these metrics.
Create comprehensive documentation for the programs, including processes, guidebooks, and data analysis frameworks
Oversee the budgeting process for FLN programs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and approved budgets.
Conduct regular reviews of program expenditures and financial performance, identifying variances and taking corrective actions as necessary.
Provide guidance and support to program teams in budget management and financial planning activities.
Manage relationships with donors, including government agencies, foundations, and other funding partners, in collaboration with the Director - State Programs.
Lead the development and submission of funding proposals, ensuring alignment with donor priorities and program objectives.
Requirements :
Minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience in strategizing and managing large-scale programs.
Strong proficiency in data handling, management, and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.
Experience in managing large teams involved in field operations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in the government system and cross-functional teams within the organization.
Capacity to manage tight timelines, shifting priorities, and ambiguous situations inherent in working within a government system.
Proficient in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
