Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling travel reservations, managing customer service inquiries, arranging car rentals, coordinating travel arrangements, and driving sales. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Car Rental processes and coordination
• Experience in Sales within the travel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with travel booking software and systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
