Join our Stillfront Marketing Hub to grow and engage players worldwide! We are an international team of professionals in the areas of User Acquisition, Creatives and Tech. We are collaborating with the different Studios in the Stillfront Group to promote the games from launch to scale by providing integrated support from go-to-market strategies, Campaign management, ad creation to tracking implementation and analytics.

YOUR MISSION

Reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing at Stillfront Germany, devising an ASO strategy and plan across multiple games and studios

Create world class ASO strategies for a portfolio of new and existing titles

Work closely with other departments, such as UA, product, data analytics, and customer support, to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize user acquisition efforts

Utilize A / B testing and other data-driven approaches to optimize app store listings and drive user acquisition and retention

Conduct keyword research, analysis and tracking to improve app store visibility and organic downloads

Monitor competitors and provide recommendations for improvement based on market trends and user behavior

Analyze app store performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and changes in app store algorithms to continuously improve ASO strategies

YOUR BACKSTORY

ASO / Mobile UA experience : 2+ years prior relevant experience in ASO or mobile app User Acquisition, Product Marketing at an agency or client side

Analytical mindset : Proficiency with Excel and proven track record for working with complex data, presenting them in an understandable way, and translating them into meaningful decisions

Ability to stay organized and create new testing processes that increase efficiency

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with partners

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals

Excellent work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a results-oriented manner
