Overview

Amenify is looking for a Desingn manager who will l ead and manage a team of interior designers to deliver innovative design solutions. The candidate will be responsible to Oversee design concepts, BOQs, and project execution while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and manage workflows to deliver high-end interior projects. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of interior designers to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.
• Design concepts, layouts, and detailing for various projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Mentor and guide the design team to ensure high-quality output and professional development.
• Manage workflows, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project budgets for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design integrity and adherence to project specifications.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and address feedback.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and align with brand aesthetics.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to introduce innovative solutions.
