Seeking a seasoned professional with 4+ years of experience in leading production support and data migration initiatives across reporting and ETL platforms. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, supporting a multi-geo team and ensuring delivery excellence.
️ Core Responsibilities
Lead production support and data migration projects using Power BI, Tableau, SSIS, and ETL tools (Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator).
Experience in 24
- 7 Production Support
Oversee technical support operations, manage shift rosters, and ensure SLA adherence.
Act as SPOC for stakeholders, handling escalations and driving resolution.
create and review SOPs for recurring issues.
Manage incident and problem communications, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
Collaborate across onsite-offshore teams to maintain seamless support coverage.
