Ability to understand, develop automation frameworks, strong analytical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to interact with users is a must have. We are looking for passionate Sr. SQA Engineer who are excited about joining a team that is execution oriented, fast moving and implementing the cutting-edge software architectural components. In this position, you will be a part of the team responsible for improving solutions for the orthodontic treatment planning process and will work with a wide scope of different clinical applications & teams (begins from the desktop orthodontic 3D system and ended with web, microservices using ML and Algorithmic approaches). In this role, you will Strong understanding of software Architecture and enterprise applications. Work closely with the software development team to implement testing methods and validate test cases. Ensure direct 'black box' testing is complementary to what is being covered by unit and 'white box' testing Develop methods for automation testing of software applications Mentor software testers on efficient strategies and tools for achieving quality and testing efficiency goals. Develop and maintain product test plans and test cases that are effective at trapping defects so other team members can run them with confidence Assist in understanding and replicating customer issues. Implement test cases that reflect how applications should perform to delight customers. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with databases. Ability to work with offshore teams. Dependability : Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure In this role, you'll need MS or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related. 6 years of Software QA Engineer and / or Software Development Test Engineer. Systems Integration, E2E testing experience. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience of main QA approaches and practices Strong foundation of Databases, APIs, Web Services and other modern engineering stack components. Healthy engineering mindset, developing clean code for documentation and maintainability Experience with modern ALM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) and processes, including Test project management, defect tracking, writing test plans, test scenarios, and test reports. Expertise in working and leveraging automation scripts in Python (preferred), Java etc. Strong foundation in both Object-Oriented Design and Scripting, utilizing each as required Working experience of Agile methodology.
