IT Support & Cybersecurity Specialist – Remote (US Hours)

📍 Location : Remote (US EST / PST Hours)

We are hiring a highly experienced IT Support & Cybersecurity Specialist to work closely with our US-based team . This role requires frequent client communication , so only candidates with excellent English fluency and confident international communication skills should apply.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end IT support for international teams and US clients.
  • Manage servers (Windows / Linux), networking, SaaS tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats.
  • Conduct security audits, awareness programs, and compliance checks.
  • Collaborate directly with US stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.

🔹 Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT experience , including 6–7 years in IT / Networking Support.
  • 3–4 years in hands-on cybersecurity roles.
  • Strong exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Exceptional English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Relevant certifications (Security+, CEH, CCNA, AWS SA) preferred.
  • Ability to work 9 AM – 6 PM EST / PST without compromise.
