Python Developer - Azure Databricks

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Python Full Stack Developer with significant exposure to Azure Databricks and experience spanning the full modern data lifecycle. The ideal candidate excels at building and optimizing scalable data analytics platforms - combining strong backend Python development, advanced SQL skills, and familiarity with contemporary web frameworks and cloud architectures. This position will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, production-grade data and analytics solutions for high-impact financial and risk management applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable applications and data pipelines using Core Python and PySpark in Azure Databricks.
• Implement RESTful APIs and web services with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Integrate, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL for advanced analytics and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design web-based user interfaces, preferably using React and related JavaScript technologies.
• Architect and optimize job workflows, notebooks, Delta Lake integration, and Unity Catalog within Azure Databricks for seamless data orchestration.
• Work with various Azure cloud components, including Functions, App Service, and Containers, to ensure end-to-end application reliability and security.
• Partner with product, domain experts, and risk management teams to translate requirements into efficient data solutions.
• Ensure all developed systems comply with company coding standards and performance best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, continuously enhancing system robustness and scalability.
