Position Title : AM – HR & CSR
Location : Head Office, New Delhi

Reports to : HRBP & Lead - CSR
Role Objective
To drive talent acquisition for key positions and support CSR program planning and execution while ensuring smooth HR operations, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitments for select business and support functions at the corporate
- Assist in Workforce Planning and maintain quality dashboards and updated org structures for functions assigned
- Constantly maintain a healthy source mix and utilise HR tools like HRMS, online applications, job portals to its fullest.
- Maintain a talent repository at all times and ensure vacancies are filled within permissible TAT
- Introduce various competency-based assessment techniques in the selection process.
Business Partnering
Assist reporting manager in Goal Setting exercise and cascading workshops for assigned functions and be instrumental in driving the Performance Management SystemConduct periodic employee feedback surveys and assist in action planning.Contribute to Training and engagement initiatives when required.CSR Implementation & Reporting
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring CSR projects as per company policy and statutory norms.Coordinate with NGOs, partners, and community stakeholders.Handle field visits, project documentation, and impact assessments.Prepare CSR MIS, utilisation reports, and audit-ready documentation.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and TA best practices.Understanding of CSR rules, community programs, and NGO coordination.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Data-driven approach, good analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.High integrity, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Qualification & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR or MSW / Social Work.3–5 years of experienceCTC Range : 10 to 15 LPA
