Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Healthcare Recruiter based in Chandigarh. The US Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and hiring skilled healthcare professionals, maintaining effective communication with candidates, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth recruiting process. The role also involves coordinating with healthcare staffing agencies and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Strong Hiring and Interviewing skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in developing recruiting strategies and collaborating with staffing agencies
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment
