Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will support HR management activities, assist in developing HR policies, and contribute to personnel and employee benefits administration. Tasks include updating HR documentation, managing employee records, and helping in creating a positive workplace culture. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative remote work environment.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) basics and foundational knowledge of personnel management.
  • Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies with an ability to assist in policy implementation and updates.
  • Knowledge or experience in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a genuine interest in HR.
  • Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
