Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment - Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes -
Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole -
Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project -
Regular follow ups on Pending Task / Maintaining list of Task Done and Pending with complete Remarks for Future reference.
Should be flexible in calling and other work assignments.
Connect with other internal stakeholders to resolve the Cases reported by our Customers. Requirements : -
Graduate, Full Time
Experience 1-4 year - in customer service / Emailing / Chat
Flexible approach to working hours 24x7
According to the Business requirements.
Familiarity working with diverse market landscape, platforms / products etc and Interact with software / Hardware Department to fix the concern.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication, presentational skills and stakeholder engagement.
