Role Overview :

We are seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

This role will focus heavily on Department Trees, BIP (BI Publisher) Approvals, and core HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of Department Trees and BIP-based approval workflows in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable HCM configurations.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across all HCM modules.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Provide expert-level support and training to HR teams and end-users.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and lead change management initiatives.
