We are expanding our team and looking for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers across all departments.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define selection criteria.
- Plan and execute smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews, ensure smooth offboarding, and capture feedback to improve retention.
- Design and execute engagement activities to strengthen workplace culture and morale.
- Act as a point of contact for conflict resolution and grievance management, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage employee health insurance programs, ensuring timely enrolments and renewals.
- Handle statutory compliances, including Provident Fund (PF) and maintain accurate HR records.
- Ensure HR policies are followed and updated in line with local labour laws.
Requirements
4–6 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment in a fast-growing tech / start-up environment.Hands-on knowledge of onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.Familiarity with PF regulations, insurance management, and HR compliance practices.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
