Senior Physical Design Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Block / SOC-level Physical Design from Netlist to GDSII including floorplanning, power planning, placement, CTS, routing, extraction, and DFM.
• Perform congestion, timing, IR / EM, power and QoR analysis and drive closure.
• Execute sign-off flows : STA, DRC / LVS, Antenna / ERC, LEC, and ECO (timing & functional).
• Implement ECOs and ensure successful RTL–GDS2 handoff.
• Work with ICC2 / Innovus and other industry-standard PnR and sign-off tools.
• Develop automation using TCL / Perl scripts to improve flow efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams, demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and a proactive attitude.
