ROLE SUMMARY :
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to lead and implement learning strategies. The role involves designing, curating, and delivering impactful learning interventions that support organizational capability building, leadership development, and employee growth across geographies. The ideal candidate will bring global exposure to L&D programs, including virtual learning, leadership academies, digital learning platforms, and capability frameworks aligned with business strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Proven experience in designing and executing leadership development and technical capability-building initiatives
Hands-on experience in implementing and managing HRIS, Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and digital learning ecosystemsStrong expertise on training content creation, instructional design, and digital learning technologiesExperience in DEI-focused learning initiatives to promote inclusive and equitable workplace practicesAbility to assess training needs across levels and create global learning roadmapsFamiliarity with competency frameworks, performance-linked development, and future-skills capability buildingExperience in designing and managing HiPo (High-Potential) talent development programs, including assessment centers, leadership tracks, and succession planningExposure to end-to-end campus onboarding journeys, including virtual onboarding, induction design, and early-career development tracksProficiency in developing and using training effectiveness dashboards and analytics to measure learning impact and ROIExperience in managing cross-border learning programs and virtual facilitationAbility to work with business leaders to align learning outcomes with strategic objectivesExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsQUALIFICATION
MBA / Equivalent masters with specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field.EXPERIENCE
5-8 years of relevant experience in a HR Center of Excellence / Management Consulting role.SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE / EXPOSURE
Demonstrated expertise in Capability building, Assessment / Development Centers, Competency frameworks.Advanced understanding OD / OE techniques and Talent Management strategies with the ability to adapt traditional approaches.Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment.
