Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Executive based in Rangia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities include identifying potential customers, promoting Chola's financial products, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with the sales team to meet company goals. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with finance-related solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability in relationship management and client engagement
• Effective organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services such as loans and financing solutions is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in local language and familiarity
