Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment processes
(sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate trackers).
Support
employee onboarding
– document collection, induction coordination, and HRIS data entry.
Contribute to
HR operations
– drafting letters, maintaining employee records, and assisting in compliance documentation.
Provide support in
engagement initiatives , surveys, and communication campaigns.
Work with the HR team on
policy updates, process documentation, and audit support .
Assist in creating and maintaining
HR reports, trackers, and dashboards
for internal use.
Support special projects linked to employer branding, training coordination, and performance management initiatives.
Requirements
Recent graduate in
Human Resources / Business Administration / related field .
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace ; familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive data with
confidentiality and integrity .
